My parents live at The Pointe of Lifesprings in Knoxville, Tennessee. Both of them receive Physical therapy from very talented and compassionate professionals! Ryan McNulty and Erin Liedle are amazing with my parents and all the other residents at The Pointe. They both strive to make sure my parents are receiving the best therapy and exercises they can for their health and mobility.

If I could give 100 stars I would. The Pointe is a genuinely special place. They helped my sister and I through the most difficult time in our lives, putting our sister in memory care. The staff are the sweetest most compassionate/caring people. They genuinely got to know my sister. They wanted to know her likes, her nicknames, her past just to know her as a person. Always laughing, smiling, helpful in anyway they could be. I live in Michigan so it was hard for me but they always encouraged me to call. When I would visit they always remembered me and made me feel at peace where my sister was. I can’t thank them enough for what they gave to my sister. There will always be a special place in my heart.

Ryan Mcnulty and Erin Liedle both have treated my parents while they are living at The Pointe. They are always very caring and professional. They give helpful frequent feedback about how treatment is going. I especially appreciate the pictures of them during treatment.

Highly recommend the therapy team at The Pointe! Erin Liedle and Ryan McNulty provide top-tier care. Erin is incredibly patient and kind, while Ryan goes above and beyond to keep the family in the loop with photos and progress updates. Mom has made amazing progress under their supervision. UT Home Health has been great helping my Mom during her time at the Pointe. Ryan McNulty and Erin Liedle are the best. They really care about the people they work with and are a constant source of encouragement to the patient and their families. The text updates keep us informed and reassured that she is doing well.
